Hello Beautiful Souls
I hope you are well and feeling positive and happy.
It is nearly Spring in South Africa, where I live and there is a promise of new beginnings. The new leaves are starting to sprout, it is a lot warmer and the sun is coming up earlier and setting later, so there is plenty to be grateful for, despite the madness in this world.
Do you have a Gratitude practice? I have found that the more I am grateful for, the more abundance comes my way. I’m not only talking about financial abundance, but precious little gifts that come my way just because I am grateful. Being grateful opens your energy field to receive more good stuff!
A few years ago, I did a practice called The Magic, for 30 days. This practice can be found in the book by Rhonda Byrne. It is all about Gratitude. One of the exercises is to find a pebble, and pump gratitude into it every night before you go to sleep. I was convinced that this pebble was going to turn into a gold nugget, it was the most wonderful way to fall asleep.
I would love to invite you to start bringing a Gratitude practice into your life on a daily basis. When you are in a space of gratitude, you are vibrating high, your heart is joyous, and you feel lighter, happier and definitely more abundant. You start noticing little things to be grateful for, rather than focusing on the regular humdrum of life, you start focusing on the beauty, the magic and the wonder of this miraculous life.

- I am grateful for the opportunities that life is presenting me because I am grateful, courageous and willing to take a chance
- I am grateful to be able to share my life lessons with people whom I have never met, but thanks to technology, I can reach so many people and hopefully inspire them
- I am grateful to be reaching you! You are precious, loved and deserve the best this life has to offer
