In the morning we pick you up from your hotel. First visit the Egyptian Museum where you can see an amazing collection of relics and antiquities from ancient Egyptian history which is rightly considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art. A complete section is dedicated to Tutankhamen where you can see his treasures; those were hidden deep in his tomb for more than 3500 years.

The museum also features the Royal Mummy Room, with the preserved remains of 11 pharaohs and queens.

In the afternoon visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and Citadel of Salah El Din in Islamic Cairo.

Then we visit the Famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you will have some free time to explore the colourful local market.

After the tour transfer back to your hotel.

In the morning pick up form the hotel and enjoy a morning visit to Sakkara, where you can see the Step Pyramid of Zoser.

Then visit Memphis, which was the capital of Egypt for most of the pharaonic period. Visit the mostly open-air Memphis Museum and see the fallen statue of Ramses II.

In the afternoon we drive to Giza and visit the fascinating Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mycerinus. Then visit the Sphinx.

After the tour transfer back to your hotel.

In the morning we pick you up from your hotel and visit the Monastery of Saint Simon, also known as the Cave Church of Zabbaleen. It is located in the Mokattam Mountain, a short drive through “Garbage City” – after a large population of garbage collectors or “Zabbaleen” that live there.

We will also see the Perception Project, a “calligraffiti” mural painted across 50 buildings by artist eL Seed and his team. The Arabic words translate as “Anyone who wants to see the sunlight clearly needs to wipe his eye first.”

Then we drive to Old Cairo and visit the Coptic Museum before visiting Sultan Hassan Mosque and Rifa’i Mosque in Islamic Cairo.

After the tour transfer back to your hotel.
